I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law amending the law on ratification of the Protocol of 2002 to the Athens Convention relating to the carriage of passengers and their luggage by sea, 1974 (official SG. 27 by 2013; Corr, issue 73 by 2013), adopted by the National Assembly of HLIÌ 3 October 2013.

amending the law on ratification of the Protocol of 2002 to the Athens Convention relating to the carriage of passengers and their luggage by sea, 1974 (official SG. 27 by 2013; Corr. 73/2013)

Paragraph only. In the sole article is hereby amended as follows:

1. In the title the words "reserve, the ratification by the Republic of Bulgaria" are replaced by "the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria to".

2. In paragraph 4, the words "paragraph 1.2" are replaced by "paragraph 1 of this reservation.

3. In paragraph 6, the words "paragraph 1.6" shall be replaced by "item 5 of this reservation.

4. In paragraph 9 (a), the words "paragraphs 1.2, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.9" shall be replaced by "paragraphs 1, 5, 6 and 8 of this reserve".

The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on 3 October 2013 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
