amending and supplementing the law on fisheries and aquaculture (official SG. Since 2001, 41; amend., SG. 88, 94 and 105 by 2005, issue 30, 65, 82, 96 and 108 of 2006, issue 36, 43 and 71 of 2008, issue 12, 32, 42, 80 and 82 of 2009, issue 61 and 73 by 2010. , PC. 8 and 19 of 2011 and PCs. 38, 59 and 77 by 2012.)

§ 1. In art. 10 in, al. 4 item 1 is repealed.

§ 2. In art. 17, al. 4, the words "and/or special permit" shall be deleted.

§ 3. In art. 30, para. 3, paragraph 1, after the words "ban for" insert "and".

§ 4. In art. 56, para. 1, after the word "permit" or "is inserted in the water body, different from the Black Sea and the Danube River.

§ 5. In art. 68, para. the words "sole trader or legal person" be replaced with "That", the word "registered" is replaced by "registered" and after the words "punishable by" insert "fine", respectively.

§ 6. In art. 69, after the words "art. 27 "is added" item 1, 6, 7 or 8.

§ 7. In art. 82, para. the words "sole trader or legal person who" shall be replaced by "Which" and after the words "punishable by" insert "fine", respectively.

§ 8. In art. 82 in, al. the words "sole trader or legal person who" shall be replaced by "Which" and after the words "punishable by" insert "fine", respectively.

§ 9. In art. 84 following amendments and supplements shall be made:

1. In paragraph 8. the words "sole trader or legal person who" shall be replaced by "Which" and after the words "punishable by" insert "fine", respectively.

2. in the Al. 2 the words "sole trader or legal person who" shall be replaced by "That", the words "para. 1-4 "shall be replaced by" para. 2 – 4 "and after the words" punishable by "insert" fine ", respectively.

§ 10. In art. 85 the words "sole trader or legal person who" shall be replaced by "Which" and after the words "punishable by" insert "fine", respectively.

§ 11. In art. 85 and the words "sole trader or legal person who" shall be replaced by "Which" and after the words "punishable by" insert "fine", respectively.

§ 12. Art is created. 88:

"Art. 88. (1) a person who contravenes the provisions of art. 18, al. 3, art. 18, al. 9, art. 25 in, al. 2, art. 27, items 1, 6, 7 or 8, art. 46A, al. 5, or art. 46 e, para. 4, shall be punished with fine in extend from 400 to 800 EUR

(2) a person who contravenes the provisions of art. 19, para. 1, 3, 4, 5 or 7, art. 20, para. 1, art. 27, item 3, 4 or 5, or art. 46 (g), para. 1, shall be punished with fine in extend from 500 to 1200 LV.

(3) a person who contravenes the provisions of art. 19, para. 6, art. 46 in, al. 1 or art. 47 is punishable by a fine in the amount from 1000 to 1500 EUR

(4) a person who contravenes the provisions of art. 45, para. 1 or al. 3, shall be punished with fine in extend from 2000 to 3000 pounds. "

§ 13. In art. 89 the words "art. 80-88 "are replaced by" article. 80-88.

§ 14. In the additional provisions in § 1, item 28 the words "para. 2 "are replaced by" para. 3. "

§ 15. In the transitional and concluding provisions of the law amending and supplementing the law on fisheries and aquaculture (SG. 59 by 2012) in § 119 the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the words "2012" are replaced by "2013".

2. in the Al. 3 the words "2013" shall be replaced by ' 2014 '.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 7 December 2012 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
