Act to withdraw the declaration under Art. 7, § 2 of the European Charter of Local Self-Government
Sole Article. Republic of Bulgaria withdrew the declaration under Art. 7, § 2 of the European Charter of Local Self-Government, ratified by law (SG. 28 of 1995).
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on July 11, 2012 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
