Law amending the Law on Privatization (prom. SG. 28 of 2002 .; amend., SG. 78 of 2002 . No.. 20 and 31 of 2003, SG. 39 of 2003 - Decision № 5 of the Constitutional Court from 2003 .; amend., SG. 46 and 84 of 2003, pcs. 55 and 115 2004 pcs. 28, 39, 88, 94, 103 and 105 of 2005, pcs. 36, 53, 72 and 105 of 2006, pcs. 59 of 2007, pcs. 36, 65, 94, 98 and 110 of 2008, pcs. 24, 42, 82 and 99 of 2009, pcs. 18, 50, 89 and 97 of 2010 and SG. 19 of 2011)
§ 1. In Annex № 1 to Art. 3, para. 1 made the following amendments:
1. In Section III 'Ministry of Agriculture and Food "is created so. 20:
" 20. "Fishery resources" - LTD, Sozopol. "
2. In Section IV "Ministry of Defense" item. 2 is repealed. 3
. Section VI "Ministry of Culture" pt. 13 is canceled.
4. In Section VIII 'Ministry of Foreign Affairs' item. 1 is repealed.
5. In Section X "Ministry of Finance" creating a new item. 8:
"8. "National Palace of Culture - Congress Center Sofia" - EAD, Sofia. "
Final provision
§ 2. This Act shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation in the" Official Gazette ".
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on November 30, 2011 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
