Law amending the Law on Waste Management (prom. SG. 86 of 2003 .; amend., SG. 70 of 2004, No. . 77, 87, 88, 95 and 105 of 2005, pcs. 30, 34, 63 and 80, 2006, issue. 53 of 2007, pcs. 36 and 70 of 2008, pcs. 82 and 95 in 2009 and SG. 41 of 2010)
§ 1. In art. 51, para. 4 words "carrying out activities" are replaced by "the person is established."
§ 2. In art. 52, para. 1 the words "carrying out activities" are replaced by "the person is established."
§ 3. In art. 114, para. 2 words "para. 1 "are deleted.
The law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on July 29, 2010 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
