LAW closure of the Social Investment Fund
Sole Article. Close to the Social Investment Fund - a secondary authorizing officer to the Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
Transitional and Final Provisions
§ 1. Act Sotsialnoinvestitsionen Fund (prom. SG. 32 of 2001 .; amend. Pcs. 120 of 2002) is repealed.
§ 2. The successor of assets, archives and other rights and obligations of the Social Fund is the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
§ 3. The powers of the Executive Director and members of the board of the Social Investment Fund shall be terminated from the date of entry into force of the law.
§ 4. The Minister of Labour and Social Policy within three months from the entry into force of the law regulates legal relations related to the closure of the Social Fund.
§ 5. The labor relations with employees of the indoor Social Investment Fund are governed in accordance with Art. 328, para. 1 pt. 1 of the Labour Code.
§ 6. The cost of closing the expense of means of subsistence in the approved budget of the Social Fund for 2010
law was adopted by the 41 th National Assembly on March 5, 2010 and was affixed with the official seal the National Assembly.
