amending the law on energy (official SG. 107 since 2003; amend. and Suppl., no. 18 of 2004, no. 18 and 95 by 2005, issue 30, 65 and 74 in 2006, 49, 55 and 59 since 2007, issue 36, 43 and 98 by 2008 and no. 35, 41, 42 and 82 from 2009.)

§ 1. Article 3 is amended as follows:

"Art. 3. (1) the State policy on energy, is accomplished by the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers.

(2) the National Assembly shall adopt the energy strategy of the Republic of Bulgaria, on the proposal of the Council of Ministers, down the main objectives, stages, means and methods for energy development.

(3) the Council of Ministers shall direct the energy of the country in accordance with the adopted by the National Assembly's energy strategy. "

§ 2. In art. 4 is hereby amended as follows:

1. In paragraph 8. 2, paragraph 1 the word "acceptance" shall be replaced by "approval".

2. in the Al. 3 the words "the Council" shall be replaced by the "National Assembly" and the words "art. 4, al. 2, item 1 "shall be replaced by" art. 3, al. 2. "

§ 3. In art. 8, al. 5, the words ' the Council ' shall be replaced by the "National Assembly".

§ 4. In art. 30, para. 1, point 7, the words "with the exception of the prices for transit transmission" shall be deleted.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 18 December 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
