LAW

amending the law on electronic commerce (official SG. 51 2006; amend., 105/2006 and 41/2007.)

§ 1. In art. 21 the following modifications are made:

1. In paragraph 8. 1 the words "the Chairman of the State Agency for information technology and communications" shall be replaced by the words "the Minister of transport, information technology and communications.

2. in the Al. 3 the words "State Agency for information technology and communications" shall be replaced by "the Ministry of transport, information technology and communications.

Final provision

§ 2. The law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 8 October 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
