I DECLARE:

To be published in the Official Gazette the law amending and supplementing the law on conversion of the troops, the troops of the Ministry of transport and the troops of the Committee for postal and telecommunications administrations in State-owned enterprises, adopted by the National Assembly of the HLI September 30, 2009.

LAW

amending and supplementing the law on conversion of the troops, the troops of the Ministry of transport and the troops of the Committee for postal and telecommunications administrations in State-owned enterprises (official SG. 57 of 2000; amend., no. 45 of 2002 and no. 35 of 2009.)

§ 1. In art. 12 al. 2 is repealed.

§ 2. In art. 13 item 1 shall be amended as follows:

1. shall appoint and dismiss the members of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer; ".

§ 3. In art. 14 al. 1 shall be amended as follows:

(1) the Management Board shall be composed of three members – Chairman, Deputy Chairman and Director General, who shall be appointed by the Minister under art. 2. "

§ 4. In art. 15 the following amendments and supplements: 1. Paragraph 2 shall be replaced by the following:

"(2) the Management Board may take decisions if at least half of its members in person or represented by another Member of the Council. Present article may not represent more than one absentee. For representation is necessary an explicit authorisation on a case by case basis. "

2. a para. 4:

"(4) the Management Board may decide, and absentee, if all members have stated their consent in writing of the decision."

§ 5. Articles 19 and 20 shall be repealed.

The law was adopted by 41-Otto National Assembly on 30 September 2009 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
