MODIFICATE THE DECRETO WITH FORCE OF LEY No. 16, 1986, OF THE MINISTERY OF WORK AND SOCIAL PREVISION, WITH THE OBJECT OF FACULTAR TEMPORALLY TO THE DIRECTOR(A) OVERVIEW OF THE PRENDARY CRITY TO CONDON INTEREST MORATORIES OF PIGNORATICAL CRIES TO BE DEVENTED DURING THE PERIOD THAT INDICATED

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following

Bill:

"Unique item. Get in the Decree No. 16 of 1986 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Securitywhich establishes consolidated, systematized and coordinated text of the Legal Provisions relating to the Directorate-General of the Prendary Credit, the following article 3o transient:

"Article 3. Please refer to the Director or the Director-General of the Pre-Driver Credit to endorse the morbid interests of the Pygno-Trial Credits granted by the Directorate-General for Pre-Driver Credit, which have been accrued during the period from 25 March 2020 to 31 March 2022.

For the purposes of the above paragraph, the Director or Director-General of the Pre-Driver Credit shall establish a procedure for condonation, by means of a resolution exempted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the publication of this Act. He or the pawner shall request condonation by means of a written request, accompanied by payment or reliquidation of his debt, within six months of the issuance of the exempt resolution specified in this paragraph."

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
