AUTHORIZE THE TOM OF REVIEW BOWD FROM 14 YEARS, WITHOUT THE CONSENTENATION OF YOUR PROGENERATORS OR THE PERSONAL CARE AND/or POTESTY PATRIA, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COVID ACTIVE CASES BEARCH PROGRAMME

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following bill initiated in motion by the Honourable Senators Juan Luis Castro González, Francisco Chahuán Chahuán, Álvaro Elizalde Soto and Javier Macaya Danús,

Bill:

"Unique item. Intercálase en el article 14 of the Act No. 20,584the following sixth, new, paragraph, and the current sixth paragraph to be final paragraph:

"However, it will not require authorization from parents or those who care for personal care and/or parental authority over 14 years of age, when it comes to taking PCR exams (Polymerase Chain Reaction) carried out by health personnel, in any authorized health establishment or in the context of the Active Case Search program, and which is part of the national strategy of testeo, traceability and isolation of the State, sufficient consent of the adolescent. ".

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
