Since the National Congress has approved the following

DRAFT LEY

"Unique article. Grant, by grace and by the term of ten years, to doña Florencia Zañartu, widow of the former - visitor of Liceos don Luis Torres Pinto, the enjoyment of a pension of six thousand pesos a year, that will enjoy from the 1st of January 1930".

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, proceed and take it into effect as the law of the Republic.
