MODIFICATE THE GENERAL LAW OF COOPERATIVALS FOR REGULARING MULTS Affecting COOPERATIVALS THAT DO NOT CALIFIQUEN LIKE ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE IN THE SANCIONATORY SYSTEM
Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following bill initiated in motion of the Honorable Senators and Senators Carmen Gloria Aravena Acuña y Loreto Carvajal Ambiado y Sr José Miguel Durana Semir, y de los exsenadores señores Álvaro Elizalde Soto y Jorge Pizarro Soto,
Bill:
"Unique item. Replace the third paragraph of Article 58 bis of the General Cooperatives Act, whose consolidated, concorded and systematized text was established by Decree No. 5, promulgated in 2003 and published in 2004 by the Ministry of Economy, Development and Reconstruction, by the following:
"In the case of cooperatives of labour, peasants, fishermen, supply, distribution of drinking water and schoolchildren, which do not qualify as of economic importance in the terms of Article 109, and whose capital provided by the partners does not exceed 20,000 promotion units, the fines set out in paragraph 1 of this article shall be paid up to half of the amounts indicated." ".
