NUM. 21.127 AMEND LAW NO. 20,743, IN RESPECT OF THE MONTH OF GRANTING OF PERMANENT FAMILY CONTRIBUTION Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the following Bill: " Single article.-Enter the following amendments to Law No 20,743, which provides for permanent family contributions in March and sets the standard for: 1. Substitute in Article 3, the word "March" for "February". 2. Replace the first paragraph of Article 4 by the following: " Article 4.-The family contribution provided for in this law shall be a tax charge and its payment shall be made by the Social Security Institute, in a single fee. Without prejudice to the first subparagraph of Article 1, the payment may be made from the 15th of February of each year. " And because I have had to approve and sanction it; therefore, promulgate and take effect as the Law of the Republic.
