Fixed the force of sea i land during the year 1912. 2.589.-As soon as the National Congress has given its approval to the following LEI PROJECT: ARTICLE FIRST.-The forces of sea i land during the year 1912 may not exceed 27,221 men, of which 8,044 will belong to the permanent staff of the Army, 5,371, to the Navy's luggage, 9,860 to the Army's conscripts, 709 to the Navy's conscripts, 1,500 to the Artillery of Costa i 1,737 to the Carabineros. ART. 2. °-The National Navy will have during the same year 1912 the following ships: 10 warships, 7 destroyers, 8 torpedoes, 4 ships schools, 3 transport, 10 scampavias i the pontoons, tugs i other necessary autiliar boats for the service.
