Authorize the President of the Republic to invest up to the amount of ninety i four thousand pesos ($94,000) in the completion of the building destined for the Liceo de Ninas de Valparaiso. The total cost of the work, including the already invested, will not exceed the sum of two hundred and sixty i four thousand pesos ($264,000). I therefore hear the Council of State, I have had to approve it, and I therefore have to do so in all its parts as I read from the Republic.
