LAW NO. 20.815 GRANTS SPECIAL BONUS FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS IN THE ATACAMA REGION THAT MEET CONDITIONS THAT ARE INDICATED. In the course of 2015, a special bonus should be granted to civil servants, with a contract in force on 1 January 2015, who are in the capacity of plant or contract and contract workers according to the rules of the Labour Code, which are held in the Atacama region and are paid according to the provisions of the decree law Nº249, 1973, and Title I of Decree Law Nº3,551, 1980. Similarly, the bonus set out in this article will be given to the officials of the Atacama region of the entities that are indicated: to the staff of the plant and to contracts of the Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics; to the staff of the Municipal Health Primary Care governed by law Nº19.378; education assistants governed by law Nº19,464; academic, non-academic, professional and management officials of the University of Atacama, and officials They are governed by Title II of Decree Law No 3,551 of 1980 and by Law No 18.883. The heads of service or the higher authorities of the institutions referred to in the preceding points, as appropriate, shall forward to the Regional Mayor the payroll of beneficiaries of the special allowance the following month for each payment of the the same. Article 2.-The special bonus mentioned in the previous article will have a quarterly value of $240,000.-(two hundred and forty thousand pesos) and will be paid in four equal installments in the months of March, June, September and December 2015. The amounts to be collected will be proportional to the time worked in the respective quarter. This special bonus will be taxable and taxable and will not serve as a basis for calculating any other remuneration. Article 3.-The greatest expense that the application of this law represents, for the entities mentioned in the above articles, will be financed with reallocations of resources from the investment budget of the Regional Government of the region from Atacama. Transitional Article.-The special bonus of this law, corresponding to the full quarters of the year 2015 after the date of its publication, shall be paid together with the remuneration corresponding to the month following its entry in force.
