LAW NO. 20.121 AMENDS LAW NO. 19,518, ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES TO ACT AS TECHNICAL TRAINING BODIES Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the following bill, originating in a motion Mrs Claudia Nogueira Fernández and Mr Gabriel Ascencio Mansilla, Gonzalo Duarte Leiva, Ramón Farias Ponce, Ivan Paredes Fierro, Manuel Rojas Molina, Jorge Sabag Villalobos, Roberto Sepulveda Hermosilla, Mario Venegas Cárdenas y German Verdugo Soto Proyecto " Article unique.-Intercalase en el Article 12 of Law No 19,518, between the phrases "Ministry of Education," and "registered for these purposes", the expression "municipalities" followed by a comma (,). Transitional Article.-The municipalities which, at the date of validity of this law, are registered in the National Register referred to in Article 19 of Law No 19,518, shall have a period of 24 months to adjust to the requirements referred to in Article 21 (2) of that law. If this deadline is met, the municipalities that have not adjusted to the requirements mentioned above will automatically be cancelled their registration in the National Register.
