[passage from the Armed Forces of Colombia] [passage] [passage from time to time] CHANGES THE PLANT OF OFFICERS AND CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES OF THE NAVY [passage] Having regard to the fact that the National Congress has given its approval to the following bill: " Article 1.-Substitute, to count on the date of publication of this law, the guismos '' 6 '' and '' 30 '' contained in the letter D. '' Escalafon del Litoral '', of article 2, of the decree with force of law (G) No. 1, of 1998, by the guismos '' 16 '' and '' 40 '', respectively. Article 2.-Substitute, to be counted from 1 January of the year following the date of publication of this law, the guismos '' 40 '' and '' 51 '' contained in the letter D. '' Escalafon del Litoral '', of article 2, of the decree with force of law (G) No. 1, 1998, by the guismos '' 50 '' and '' 57 '', respectively. On the same date, the "40" guitarianism, introduced in the previous article, will be replaced by "44". Article 3.-Substitute, to count from 1 January of the second year following the date of publication of this law, the "81" guitarianism " contained in the letter D. '' Escalafon del Litoral '', of article 2, of the decree with force of law (G) No. 1, 1998, by guarism '' 94 ''. On the same date, the "57" guitarianism, introduced in the previous article, will be replaced by "64". Article 4.-Substitute, to count from 1 January of the third year following the date of publication of this law, the "94" guitarianism, introduced in the first paragraph of the previous article, by "114". Article 5.-The greatest expense that the application of the provisions of the preceding articles will irrogate, will be charged to the budget of the Undersecretary of the Navy of the Ministry of National Defense.
