MODIFY ARTICLE 73 OF THE MINING CODE Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the following Bill: '' Single article.-Please introduce the following amendments to Article 73 of the Mining Code: (a) Substitute the second subparagraph, by the following: '' The engineer or expert who knowingly infringes the prohibition of the preceding paragraph shall suffer the penalty of minor imprisonment to his minimum degree, and the accessory of suspension of office or public office or (b) Replace the final paragraph, by the following: '' The corresponding criminal action has the character of private and can only be exercised by the holder of the concession that directly supports the overlap. '' And because I have had to approve and sanction it; therefore, promulgate and take effect as the Law of the Republic.
