INTRODUCES AMENDMENTS TO LAWS NO. 18,168, GENERAL OF |! | TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND NO. 19.277 Having present that the National Congress has given its |! |approval to the following P r o y c t o d e l e y: " Article 1.-Enter the following amendments in law No 18.168: 1. Add, in the fifth indent of Article 13 A, after the word "Official", a point followed (.) and remove the phrases "corresponding to the day 1 or 15 of each month and, if any of these are indeft, to the following working day." and "on the same date,", of your final paragraph. 2. Eliminate in the third indent of Article 15, the word "simultaneous". 3. Amend Article 23 as follows: (a) In its No 4, remove the expression 'or amend', and (b) Add as final indent, the following: ' Without prejudice to the foregoing, the non-publication in the Official Journal of the decree amending the grant, within the period prescribed in the preceding No. 4, produces the extinction of such administrative act, by the sole ministry of law, without any need for any declaration. " Article 2.-Redeploy Article 4 of the Transitional Law No. 19.277, for the following: " Article 4. Transitional.-The air broadcasting concessions in force on 20 January 1994 shall be automatically renewed, by the sole ministry of law and without the need for any declaration, as soon as they are due, for the lapse of ten years, counted from the date of publication of this law. " And because I have had to approve and sanction it; therefore, promulgate and take effect as the Law of the Republic.
