Having regard to Decree No. 55-753 of 31 May 1955 amending and supplementing the decree of 18 October 1952 laying down the conditions for the application of the Act of 5 January 1955 on the agricultural old-age allowance, in particular Articles 64 and 65;
Having regard to Decree No 80-808 On 14 October 1980 on the pensions of self-employed persons in agriculture, taken for the purposes of Article 18 of Act No. 80-502 of 4 July 1980 on agricultural guidance;
In view of Decree No. 81-462 of 8 May 1981 on pensions Persons who are self-employed in agriculture in the departments of Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion, taken for the purposes of Article 18 of Law No. 80-502 of 4 July 1980 on agricultural guidance,

The Director General of Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Rural Affairs Solidarity and the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
