Describes:
The monthly amount of the minimum insertion income for a tenant is fixed at 425.40 euros as of January 1, 2005.
The daily amount of the insertion allowance is set at 9.86 euros as of January 1, 2005.
The daily amount of the specific solidarity allowance is set at EUR 14.00 as from 1 January 2005.
The amount of the increase granted to the tenants Aged fifty-five years or more and justifying twenty years of paid employment, to beneficiaries aged fifty-seven and half or more justifying ten years of paid employment as well as to the lessees justifying at least 160 quarters Validated in compulsory basic old-age insurance schemes or equivalent recognised periods, is set at 6.10 euros as from 1 January 2005.
The daily amount of the equivalent retiring allowance is set at 30.23 euros as of January 1, 2005.
Exceptional assistance is awarded to the beneficiaries of the minimum inclusion income entitled to a minimum income allowance for inclusion in the month of November 2004, or, failing that, under the December 2004.
This assistance is allocated on the basis that, for these periods, the amount of the allowance due is not nil.
The amount of this aid is equal to EUR 152.45 for a single person, increased by 50 % when the home is Composed of two persons and 30 % for each additional person present at the household, provided that such persons are the partner spouse bound by a civil or concubin civil pact of the person concerned or are dependent on it. Where the home has more than two children or persons less than twenty-five years of age dependent, with the exception of the partner partner bound by a civil solidarity pact or the partner's partner, the increase to which each of the Children or persons are increased to 40 % from the third child or third person.
