Decree of 16 December 2005 amending the order of 13 June 2003 laying down the procedures for access competitions in veterinary schools

The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries,
Given the Rural Code, in particular Article R. 812-51;
In light of Decree No. 85-906 of 23 August 1985 laying down the conditions for Validation of studies, professional experiences or personal achievements with a view to access to the various levels of higher education;
In view of the Decree of 13 June 2003 laying down the procedures for access competitions in veterinary schools;
Having regard to the decree of 3 May 2005 on the first and second year programmes of the scientific preparatory classes for the technology-biology route;
In view of the decree of 27 October 2005 fixing the weekly schedule and the weekly duration of the Oral questions in the scientific preparatory classes for the first and second year of the technology-biology pathway (TB);
In the opinion of the National Council of Higher Education and Agricultural, Agri-Food and Veterinary Research As of December 15, 2005,
