Decree of 31 December 2003 maintaining availability (Council d' State)

By order of the President of the Republic dated 31 December 2003, the Ministers heard, Mr. Michel Pinault, State Councillor, is maintained in the position of availability for personal suitability as provided for in Article 44 (b) of Decree No. 85-986 of 16 September 1985 concerning the special arrangements of certain Positions of officials of the State and certain arrangements for permanent termination of office, for a period of three years from 6 January 2004, in order to continue to exercise the functions of Director General Asia Pacific of the Group Axa.
