ARRETE
Decree of 20 December 2005 fixing the number of places offered for the year 2006 for the recruitment into the body of military engineers of the species

By order of the Minister of Defense dated December 20 2005, the maximum number of places offered in 2006 in the competitions provided for in Article 6 of Decree No. 76-802 of 19 August 1976, as amended bearing in mind the special status of the corps of military engineers, is as follows:
a) Competitions Open to career officers of the rank of captain or of a corresponding rank, holders of an engineer's title in Annex II of the Decree of 28 August 2002 concerning the recruitment into the body of military engineers of species (art. 6 [1 °]): 2 places.
(b) Competitions on tests open to career officers of the rank of captain or of a corresponding grade, not holders of an engineer's title in Annex II of the Decree of 28 August 2002 concerning recruitment in the Corps of military engineers of species (art. 6 [2 °]): 1 place.
