By order of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Minister of Health and Solidarity as of December 22, 2005, Mr. Philippe Waquet, Honorary Dean of the Court of Cassation, is appointed a member of the National Advisory Committee on the Ethics of Life Sciences and Health, on the appointment of the first President of the Court of Cassation, to the title of qualified persons chosen on the grounds of their competence and interest in ethical problems, to replace Mr Jean Michaud, who resigned, and for The duration of the remaining term of office.
