Decision 2005-961 of 29 November 2005 amending Decision No. 2001-899 of 27 November 2001 on the extension of the authority granted to the association for the promotion of Operation d' a terrestrial microwave radio service called Radio Bleue Tahiti FM Mahina

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Articles 22 and 25;
In view of Decision No. 2001-899 dated 27 November 2001 renewal of the authorization issued to the Association for the Promotion of Polynesian Identity for the Operation of a Terrestrial Radio Broadcasting Service in Terrestrial Modulation Radio Bleue Tahiti FM Mahina;
Given the opinion of the National Frequency Agency;
After deliberation, Decides:

Article 1

Annex VII to Decision No 2001-899 of 27 November 2001 is replaced by the following Annex:

" A N N E X E V I I (*)

Planning area: islands of the Wind.
Frequency: 101.1 MHz.
Issuing site: TDF, Maatea, Moorea Island.
Site altitude: 185 metres.
Antenna Altitude: 200 meters.
Power (PAR): 4 850 W.
Constraints: 500 W in the 150/50 azimuth sector.
(*) Subject to the favourable opinion of international coordination. "

Article 2

This decision will be notified to the Association for the Promotion of Polynesian Identity and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
