Key Benefits:
Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister for Employment, of Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make the provisions of the following agreement compulsory for all employers and employees entering its field of application.
The text of this agreement Can be consulted in a departmental directorate of labour, employment and vocational training.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to make known their Comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
