Notice concerning the extension to the national collective agreement for wines, ciders, fruit juices, syrups, spirits and liqueurs of France

Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister for Employment, of Social cohesion and housing plans to take an order to make compulsory, for all employers and all employees falling within its scope, the provisions of the amendment hereafter referred to.
The text of this May be consulted in a departmental directorate of labour, employment and vocational training.
Within 15 days, professional organizations and all interested persons are requested to To hear their comments and opinions on the proposed generalization.
Their communications should be addressed to the Ministry of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing (DGT, office RT 2), 39-43, quai André-Citroën, 75902 Paris Cedex 15.
Agreement being considered for extension:
Avenant No. 10 bis of October 12, 2006.
