Decision No. 2006-799 of 5 December 2006 amending Decision No. 2001-827 of 11 September 2001 on the extension of the authority granted to the development of communication in the Saumurois pour l' operation d' FM radio terrestrial radio service entitled West FM

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of the amended Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Article 22;
In view of Decision No. 87-23 Of 6 March 1987 of the National Commission for Communication and Freedoms, as amended by Decision No. 90-829 of 7 December 1990 laying down the technical conditions for the use of frequencies for the broadcasting of sound broadcasting signals in Frequency modulation;
In view of Decision No. 2001-827 of 11 September 2001 on the renewal of the authorisation granted to the association for the development of communication in the Saumurois for the operation of a broadcasting service Terrestrial FM radio frequency modulation entitled West FM;
Due to the association's request for the development of communication in the Saumurois on 19 October 2006;
After deliberating,
Decides :
