ARRETE
Decree of 24 December 2004 relating to professional civil societies (public or ministerial officers)

By Order of the Seals Guard, Minister of Justice, dated December 24, 2004 :
M. Duret (Ludovic, Marie, Jean-Luc) is appointed associate notary, member of the professional civil society Pierre Laroche, Anne Laroche and Eric Truffet, associate notaries, holder of a notary office at the residence of Melun (Seine-et-Marne).
Removing Mr. Laroche (Pierre), associate notary, member of the professional civil society Pierre Laroche, Anne Laroche and Eric Truffet, associate notaries, was accepted.
The social reason for civil society Pierre Laroche, Anne Laroche and Eric Truffet, associate notaries, were thus amended: "Anne Laroche, Eric Truffet and Ludovic Duret, notaries, associates d' une société civile professionnelle titulaire d' un office notarial".
