The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of decisions No. 92-818 Dated 2 September 1992, No. 98-65 of 3 March 1998, No. 2003-507 of 30 September 2003 and No. 2003-267 of 20 May 2003 authorizing the SARL Soriase for the operation of a radio service known as FM traffic;
In view of the request for a change in ownership July 5, 2004 by the SARL Soriase;
After deliberating,
Decides:

Article 1


In the title and Article 1 of Decisions No 92-818, No 98-65, n ° 2003-507 and n ° 2003-267 abovementioned, the holder "SARL Soriase" was replaced by "SAS Radio Traffic FM".

Item 2


This decision will be notified to SAS Radio Traffic FM and Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
