ARRETE
Order of 23 December 2005 extending to the national collective agreement for port handling (point 1763)

The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing,
Having regard to articles L. 133-1 et seq. Of the Labour Code;
Having regard to the Order of 29 September 1994 and the successive orders, In particular the decree of 30 March 2005, extending the national collective agreement on port handling of 31 December 1993 and of texts supplementing or amending it;
Having regard to the amendment No. 27 of 6 September 2005 on minimum wages Guaranteed to the aforementioned national collective agreement;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 3 December 2005;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Article 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National collective agreement on port handling of 31 December 1993, supplemented by Amendment No 1 of 29 September 1994 and the amendments of 18 January 1996 and No 11 of 23 June 1999, the provisions of the Amendment No 27 of 6 September 2005 on Minimum wages guaranteed under the aforementioned national collective agreement.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the rider Shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by that amendment.

Item 3


The Director of Labour Relations is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
