Having regard to the amendment No. 89 of 15 June 2005, concerning salaries, to the Convention Collective above;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 7 August 2005;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Commission Collective bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code, Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National Animation Collective Agreement of 28 June 1988, as amended by the riders of 9 April and 4 October 1999, by the amendments n ° 56 of 6 June 2001 and No 64 of 25 March 2002, the provisions of the Amendment No 89 of 15 June 2005, concerning To pay, to the aforementioned national collective agreement, subject to the application of the regulations laying down the minimum interprofessional growth wage.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions Provided by the said Agreement.
The Director of Labour Relations shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
