Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the The agreement of 6 December 2004 on the tutoring, as defined by the amendment of 25 July 2005 to the Agreement, the provisions of:
-the agreement of 6 December 2004 on the tutoring, concluded in various branches of the food industries. The last paragraph of Article 2 (Training) is extended subject to the application of the provisions of Article R. 964-16-1 (3 °) of the Labour Code and Article D. 981-9 of the Labour Code;
-Amendment No 1 of 25 July 2005 concerning the field Application of the agreement of 6 December 2004 on the tutoring.
Extending the effects and sanctions of the agreement and The amendment to that agreement shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining period to be run and to the conditions laid down by such agreement and endorsement.
The Director of Labour Relations is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
