Decision No. 2005-995 dated 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 96-184 of 5 March 1996 authorizing the SARL SORANO Languedoc for l' a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency known as Nostalgie Alès and Decisions No. 96-951 of 10 September 1996 and n ° 2001-727 of 4 September 2001 renewing this authorisation

Le Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
Vu la loi n ° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 altered à la liberté de communication, notamment son article 42-3;
Vu la decision n ° 96-184 On March 5, 1996, authorizing the SARL SORANO Languedoc for the operation of a terrestrial terrestrial radio service in frequency modulation called Nostalgie Alès and Decisions No. 96-951 of 10 September 1996 and n ° 2001-727 of 4 September 2001 to renew this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel et la SARL SORANO Languedoc;
Given the request for a change in ownership by SARL SORANO Languedoc The area of Alès;
After deliberation, Decides:

Item 1


The authorization granted to SARL SORANO Languedoc on the Alès area is transferred to SAS Radio Nostalgie Network.

Article 2


This Decision will be notified to SAS Radio Nostalgie Network and published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
