DECISION
Decision of 14 December 2006 amending the Decision of 21 September 2005 on the signing delegation (Directorate of force systems and industrial, technological and cooperation strategies)

The Director of Force Systems and Industrial, Technological and Cooperation Strategies,
In light of Decree No. 2000-1178 of 4 December 2000 amending the organization of the The central administration of the Ministry of Defence;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-72 of 31 January 2005 laying down the powers of the general delegation for armaments;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on the delegations of Signature of the members of the Government, in particular Article 3;
In view of the decree of 31 January 2005 on the organisation of the management of forces systems and industrial, technological and cooperation strategies;
In view of the decision of 21 September 2005 amended delegation of signing delegation (Directorate of Force Systems and Industrial, Technological and Cooperation Strategies),
Decides:

Article 1

In Article 1 of the Decision of 21 September 2005 referred to above, "7" is replaced by the following provisions :
" 7. Chief Engineer Nathalie Guillou, Assistant to the Director of the Centre for Advanced Weapons Studies, within the limits of the Centre's remit. "

Article 2

This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
