Having regard to Act No. 2001-1 of 3 January 2001 enabling the Government to transpose Community directives and to implement certain provisions of Community law, in particular Article 3 thereof;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-1031 of 8 November 2001 on the procedure for designating Natura 2000 sites, In particular its Article 2;
In view of the decree of 16 November 2001 on the list of bird species which may justify the designation of special protection zones under the European ecological network Natura 2000 under Article L. 414-1-II, First paragraph, of the environment code,

Is referred to as " Natura 2000 site of the Marsh of Itteville and Fontenay-le-Vicomte (field of Special protection FR 1110102) the territory delimited on the map at 1/30 000 enclosed, extending over part of the territory of the following communes of the department of Essonne: Echarcon, Itteville, Fontenay-le-Vicomte, Lisses, Mennecy, Green-le-Petit.
List of bird species justifying the designation of the special protection zone of the marsh Of Itteville and Fontenay-le-Vicomte is appended to this Order.
This list and the map referred to in Article 1 above may be consulted in the prefecture of Essonne, to the regional management of the environment From Ile-de-France and the direction of nature and landscapes to the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development.
The Director of Nature and Landscape is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
