Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the Regional collective agreement of the handling and cleaning industry on airports open to public traffic in the Paris region of 1 October 1985, the provisions of Amendment No 32 of 21 May 2002, amending Article 38 Bis of the said Convention relating to the change of market-holder, to the aforementioned regional collective agreement, subject to the application of Article L. 122-12 of the Labour Code in the event that the termination, in whole or in part, of a contract
first subparagraph is extended subject to the proviso that, in the event that the provisions of Article L. 122-12 of the Labour Code do not apply, the undertaking shall Entrant applies the same collective agreement as the disposing enterprise.
