DECISION
Decision No. 2005-1016 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 96-419 of 11 June 1996 authorizing the SARL SORANO Provence for l' a terrestrial radio service in modulation Frequency known as Nostalgie Marseille and Decisions No. 2000-1110 of 16 May 2000 and n ° 2005-705 of 26 July 2005 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 96-419 Du 11 juin 1996 authorising la SARL SORANO Provence for the operation of a terrestrial terrestrial radio service in frequency modulation called Nostalgie Marseille and Decisions n ° 2000-1110 of 16 May 2000 and n ° 2005-705 of 26 July 2005 to renew this authorization;
Given the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL SORANO Provence;
In view of the request for a change in ownership by the SARL SORANO Provence for the Marseille-Aix-Berre zone;
After deliberation,
Decides:

Item 1


The authorization granted to SARL SORANO Provence on the zone of Marseille-Aix-Berre is transferred to SAS Radio Nostalgie Network.

Article 2


This Decision will be notified to SAS Radio Nostalgie Réseau and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
