Decree of 17 December 2002 authorising an officer of the State to carry out on-the-spot checks pursuant to Articles L. 451-1 and R. 451-2 of the code of construction and housing

By order of the Minister Delegate to Budget and Budget Reform dated 17 December 2002, Ms Roux (Hélène), Senior Treasurer of the State Treasury, is entitled to carry out on-the-spot checks during the period of his assignment to the inter-ministerial social housing inspection mission, in accordance with the Articles L. 451-1 and R. 451-2 of the construction and housing code.
