By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister Delegate to the budget and budgetary reform of 8 December 2003, Mr Lucien Feist, inspector of the public treasury, was appointed accounting officer of the French Agency for the Development and Promotion of Organic Agriculture, replacing the H.E. Mr. Denis Teillaud.
