Decision 2005-1058 of 15 November 2005 amending Decision No. 91-110 dated 18 January 1991 authorizing the SARL SORANO Aix-en-Provence for l' a terrestrial radio service in Frequency modulation called Nostalgie Provence and Decisions Nos. 95-686 of 25 July 1995 and No. 2000-1106 of 6 June 2000 renewing this authorisation

The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular its article 42-3;
In view of Decision No. 91-110 Of 18 January 1991 authorising the SARL SORANO Aix-en-Provence for the operation of a terrestrial radio service in frequency modulation called Nostalgie Provence and Decisions Nos. 95-686 of 25 July 1995 and n ° 2000-1106 of the June 6, 2000 to renew this authorization;
In view of the existing agreement between the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel and the SARL SORANO Aix-en-Provence;
Given the request for a change in ownership by SARL SORANO Aix-en-Provence for the zones of Marseille, Sisteron and Manosque;
After having deliberated, Decides:

Item 1

The authorization granted to SARL SORANO Aix-en-Provence on the areas of Marseille-Aix-Berre, Sisteron and Manosque Is transferred to SAS Radio Nostalgie Network.

Article 2

This decision will be notified to SAS Radio Nostalgie Réseau and Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
