The Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel,
In view of Act No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, and in particular Articles 28 and 30;
In view of Decision No. 2005-944 of 22 November 2005 on a call for applications for the use of frequencies for the operation of local private television services broadcast in clear by terrestrial analogue terrestrial in the Department of Sold;
After deliberation,
Decides:

The technical characteristics of channel 40 H (Benet-Champmoireau station) defined in Annex I to the Decision 2005-944 of 22 November 2005 is hereby cancelled and replaced by the technical features set out in the Annex to this Decision.
