By order of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated December 17, 2001, Mr. Jean-Paul Vellaud (on loan), a general engineer of rural engineering, water and 2nd class forests, is promoted to the 1st class of grade, out of scale C, 1st chevron, effective 1 October 2001.
