Decides:
Télé 102 meaningful hours of viewing, within the meaning of section 27 of the Act of September 30, 1986 Changes, are those for the entire programming period.
This Decision applies to the period Between 1 January and 31 December 2003.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
