Decides:
The Tahiti Nui Television's significant hours of viewing within the meaning of section 27 of the Act of September 30 1986 as amended, are those for the entire programming period.
This Decision applies to the Period from 1 January to 31 December 2003.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and the Official Journal of French Polynesia.
