By Decision No. 2002-521 dated July 2, 2002, issued by the Authority of Regulation of telecommunications, channel n ° 53 of plan 23 C, as defined in the Annex to Decision 2001-1230 of 19 December 2001 of the Authority laying down general technical and operating conditions for the frequency band 22-23.6 GHz For transmission links of the fixed service, is attributed to Electricité de France (EDF) for a link located in the Marne, as part of the authorisation granted to it by the decree of 11 January 1996 as amended.
