In view of the decree of 16 November 2001 on the list of bird species which may justify the designation of special protection zones under the European ecological network Natura 2000 under Article L. 414-1 (II), First paragraph, of the environment code,

Is referred to as " Natura 2000 site of the Petit Luberon massif " (Special protection zone FR 9310075) the space delimited on the assembly card at 1/150 000 and the two maps at 1/100 000 enclosed, extending on part of the territory of the following communes of the department of Vaucluse: La Bastidonne, Beaumont-de-Pertuis, Bonnieux, Buoux, Cheval-Blanc, Gordes, Lacoste, Lauris, Lioux, Lourmarin, Maubec, Ménerbes, Mérindol, Mirabeau, Murs, Oppède, Pertuis, Puget, Puyvert, Robion, Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, Sivergues, Taillades, La Tour-d ' Aigues, Villars.
The list of bird species justifying the designation of" Natura 2000 site of the Petit Luberon massif " Is appended to this Order.
This list As well as the maps referred to in Article 1 above can be consulted in the prefecture of Vaucluse, the regional direction of the environment of Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur and the direction of nature and landscapes at the Ministry of Ecology And sustainable development.
The Director of Nature and Landscape is responsible for the execution of this Order, which Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
